Step 1 - if you are in a foreign country, give a ring to +800 08250825 (toll free) and if you are making a call from India, dial 01204507250.

Step 2 - the insurer's claims service representative will get in touch with you. You will receive a claim form by mail, email or fax.

Step 3 - after you fill up the claim form, mail the scanned images of your claim documents to processing@hdfcergo.com and cc Travelclaims@hdfcergo.com. You can also fax the same to the insurer on +91-120-6691600 within 30 days from date of loss.
