        • 1 Visit the nearest Branch and kindly carry the following documents:
          • Request Letter/Nomination Form (available at branch)
          • Standard ID proof of the nominee
          • Standard ID proof of the appointee (If nominee is minor)
          • Address Proof
          • Standard ID proof of Proposer
        • 2 Once the required changes are done, the insurer will send a confirmation through courier.
          • 3 All documents should be self attested and submitted at

            Important Things to Remember

            • Correct nomination details in a policy ensures timely settlement of claims
            • All previous nominations are automatically cancelled once the new nomination details are updated
            • Assignment of the Policy, automatically cancels all nominations
            • A WILL, Supersedes any existing nomination in the policy
            • If the nomination is in favour of a minor, an appointee who is a major must be named in the policy
