- Minimum Age of Entry:- 91 days
- Maximum age of Entry:- 65 Years
- Renewal Age:- Life Long Renewal
- Sum Insured:- 50 Thousand & 1 lacs
- Policy Tenure:- 1 yrs
- Family Definition:- Individual Plan - Self, Spouse, Children, Parent, Siblings, Parent-in-laws, Grandparents & Grandchildren
- Premium Calculated on Basis of:- Age (i.e. sum Insured Chosen)
Waiting Period for Apollo Munich - Dengue Care Plan
Covered from Day 15 : Only dengue has 15 days of waiting period.
Exclusions for Apollo Munich - Dengue Care Plan
- Any claims arising out of or attributable to any of the following is not covered.
- Any Treatment other than for Dengue fever.
- Vitamins and tonics unless certified to be required by the attending Medical Practitioner as a direct consequence of an otherwise covered claims .
- Specified healthcare providers (Hospitals /Medical Practitioners).
- Treatment rendered by a Medical Practitioner which is outside his discipline or the discipline for which he is licensed.
- Any treatment or part of a treatment that is not of a reasonable charge, not Medically Necessary; drugs or treatments which are not supported by a prescription.
- Charges related to a Hospital stay not expressly mentioned as being covered, including but not limited to charges for admission, discharge, administration, registration, documentation and filing.
- Any non medical expenses mentioned in Annexure I of Policy wordings.
- Medical Expenses relating to any hospitalisation primarily and specifically for diagnostic, X-ray or laboratory examinations and investigations.
