Future Generali should be informed immediately or in any event within 60 days of diagnosis of the first occurance of the Critical Illness.

Details required for Registration/ Intimation of Claim

To Register a claim through the above contact points, the following information has to be provided to the customer support executive:-
  • Patient name
  • Patient's Health ID Card Number 
  • Insured Mobile Number
  • Hospital name
  • Name of Treating Doctor 
  • Treating Doctors Contact Number
  • Hospital Address
  • Date of Admission & Discharge
  • Approx Expenses 
  • Illness/Disease for which Hospitalized and Treatment Details
Once the claim is registered, a Claim Reference/Intimation Number will be generated and has to be preserved for further correspondence.
