                      • Policy copy is a mandatory document required for intimation of a claim as it contains important information.
                      • In the absence of the policy copy, correctness of info (filled in proposal form) can not be verified.
                      • Any medical condition declared or found out during pre-policy check up should be verified on the policy copy as omission on this may impact claims.
                      • Cashless request can not be processed in the absence of policy or id cards.
