        • 1 Visit the nearest Branch and kindly carry the following documents:
          • Freelook Form (available at branch)
          • Original Policy Bond (Indemnity bond in lieu of original policy bond)
          • Original Pre-printed cancelled cheque (incase NEFT details are not provided)
          • Standard ID proof of Proposer
        • 2 Once the changes are done, the insurer will provide a confirmation
          • 3 All documents should be self attested and submitted at

            Important Things to Remember

            • Request can be placed within Freelook period which is 15 days from the receipt of Policy document. For Distance Marketing policies, it is 30 days.
            • For ULIPS the NAV is calculated for the same day when the freelook cancellation request is submitted.
            • Any fluctuations in payout amount due to NAV has to be borne by the policyowner.
