Step 1 - Visit https://arjun.Apollomunichinsurance.com/dist/ and press 'Proceed'.

Step 2 - Fill your Policy number, Aadhaar number, Pan number, Gender and Date of birth.

Step 3 - Click on 'Submit' once you are done.
