After filing a claim with the insurance company, it is essential to keep track of the insurance claim status. The claim status tells you whether a claim is accepted, denied or closed, essentially telling you about where it is in the claims process.

If you have filed a claim with an insurance company, go to the claim status page of the company website. To view the claim status, you will be asked to enter the policy number. You can reach out to the insurance company directly by calling them up on the number provided to know what the insurance provider has done concerning your claim request.

You can also track your claim status by downloading the OneInsure App on your mobile device. Click on the 'services and claims' tab that you see above and select 'track service and claim requests'. You will know the status on the request you have placed (if you have placed one).
