                    Important Things to Remember

                    • Id card/cashless card is needed to processs cashless claims seamlessly.
                    • Id card should reflect the correct name,age and gender as contained in the policy copy for cashless to go through.
                    • Incorrect details on ID card need to be corrected & suitable endorsements should be passed.
                    • Id card is generelly used for identification purposes,it only facilitates cashless process.
