Bharti AXA Student Travel Insurance covers students travelling abroad against uncertainties that could interrupt their education. The plan provides cover against risks pertaining to emergency medical expenses and travel related contingencies such as loss of baggage, passport, personal accident, among other exigencies.

Covers medical expenses inclusive of repatriation and emergency medical evacuation
Offers cover against medical expenses related to acute anaesthetic treatment of a natural tooth or teeth during a trip.

Exclusions for Bharti Axa Student Travel Insurance
- Where the insured is travelling against the advice of a Physician
- Where the insured is is travelling for the purpose of obtaining treatment
- No claim will be paid if arising from suicide, attempted suicide or wilfully self inflicted injury
- No claim will be paid if arising from the Insured person taking part in Naval, Military or Airforce operations
- No claim will be paid if arising from War, invasion, acts of foreign enemy, hostilities
- No claim will be paid arising from the participation of the Insured person in adventure sports
- No claim will be paid for pre-existing diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, AIDS, HIV, etc
- Cosmetic surgery, unless such cosmetic surgery is rendered medically necessary as part of treatment for accidents and burns whilst being abroad.
- Hazardous occupation, or if engaged in any criminal or illegal act.
- Non Allopathic treatment e.g. - Ayurvedic, Yogic, Homeopathic, Unani treatment(s).
- Naturopathy treatment
