- Room rent:
Limits imposed towards room and ICU rent expenses
- This Plan has 3 variants Basic Plan, Premium Plan, Optimum Plan.
- Basic Plan: Sum Insured 2 Lacs and 3 Lacs Room rent limit is Rs 2000/- and Rs 3000/- per day and ICU- Rs 3000/- and Rs 4500/- per day
- Basic Plan: Sum Insured 5 lacs there is no limit on room rent
- Premium Plan: Room rent limit is Rs 3000/- per day and ICU- Rs 4500/- per day
- Optimum Plan: Sum Insured 4 lacs and 5 lacs there is no limit on room rent
- Co-Pay:
Specific % of admissible claim amount to be borne by Insured
This plan does not have copayment clause
- No Claim Bonus:
This plan does not offer no claim bonus benefits However, in the event of no claim 5 % to 25% discount will be available in renewal premium(The cumulative discount will be Zero once a claim is made)
- Pre-Existing Diseases:
Means any condition, ailment or injury or related condition(s) for which you had signs or symptoms, and / or were diagnosed, and / or received medical advice/ treatment, within 48 months prior to the first policy issued by the insurer
- This plans has a waiting period of 4 years is case of pre-existing diseases
- Waiting period of 60 days is applicable for critical illness

Add-ons
- Critical Illness:
This benefit provides for coverage of treatment for critical illness and the coverage depends on the type of critical illness cover basis.
- List of Critical Illness: Cancer, First Heart Attack, Coronary Artery Diseases, Open Heart Replacement or Repair of Heart Valves, Surgery to Aorta, Open Chest CABG (Coronary Artery By-pass Graft), Stroke Resulting In Permanent Symptoms, Kidney Failure Requiring Regular Dialysis, End Stage Lung Disease, End Stage Liver Failure, Coma of Specified Severity, Major Burns, Major Organ/Bone Marrow Transplant, Multiple Sclerosis, Fulminant Hepatitis, Motor Neurone Disease With Permanent Symptoms, Primary Pulmonary Hypertension, Terminal Illness, Bacterial Meningitis, Transplantation of Organs
Waiting Period
- Covered from Day 1:
Accidental Injuries.
- Covered after 30 Days:
All incidences apart from specified surgeries, Permanent exclusion & Pre-existing diseases (if any)
- Covered after 2 Years:
Cataract, piles, congenital internal disease, dialysis for chronic renal failure, hysterectomy, joint replacement surgery, unless caused by accident, etc.
Exclusions
- Pregnancy and childbirth related complications
- Suicide, self-inflicted injury or illness, mental disorder,anxiety, stress or depression, use of alcohol or drugs
- Diseases such as HIV or AIDS
- Cost of spectacles, contact lenses and hearing aids
- Dental treatment or surgery of any kind unless requiring hospitalization
- Experimental or unproven treatment
- Treatment by a family member, self-medication or any treatment that is not scientifically approved
- Disease that commences during the first 30 days of inception of the first policy (60 days in case of critical illness benefit)
- Treatment taken from a person not registered as medical practitioner
- Any hospitalization expenses incurred outside India
Note: Any claims arising out of or attributable to any of the following is not covered
