The policy offers discounts for girl child/ single women, and offers Wellness services such as free health check up and discounts from chemists.

Critical features of Reliance Health Gain Plan
- Room rent:
Limits imposed towards room and ICU rent expenses
Single private room for all sum insured.
- Co-Pay:
Specific % of admissible claim amount to be borne by Insured
20% is applicable for individuals who are 61 years at entry level. In Floater policy 20% is applicable for all members if the eldest member is 61 years and above at entry level.
- No Claim Bonus:
Health Insurance policies may offer Cumulative Bonus wherein for every claim free year, the Sum Insured is increased by a certain percentage at the time of renewal
33.3 % of Basic Sum Insured up to a maximum of 100% for each unclaimed year in case opted for .(33.3 % will be reduced on claim)
- Pre-Existing Diseases:
Means any condition, ailment or injury or related condition(s) for which you had signs or symptoms, and / or were diagnosed, and / or received medical advice/ treatment, within 48 months prior to the first policy issued by the insurer
This plans has a waiting period of 3 years for pre-existing diseases

- Minimum Age of Entry:- Individual/Floater-5 years or above, Children between 91 days & up to 4 years can be covered under a floater with atleast 1 member age 21 & above
- Maximum age of Entry:- 65 years, No entry age bar for sum insured of 3 lakhs
- Renewal Age:- Life Long Renewal

Plan A - 3 Lakhs, 6 Lakhs, 9 Lakhs
Plan B - 12 Lakhs, 15 Lakhs, 18 Lakhs
- Policy Tenure:- 1 & 2 years
- Family Definition:-
Individual - Self, Spouse, Children, Parent, Siblings, Parent-in-laws, Grandparents & Grandchildren
Family Floater - Self, Spouse, Dependant Children & Dependant Parents
- Premium Calculated on Basis of:- Age, (i.e. sum Insured Choosen)
Additional Discounts
- 5% premium discount for girl child or single women
- 5% family discount with an Individual policy
- 5% premium discount for Reliance private package customers policy
Exclusions
- Intentional self-injury / injury under influence of alcohol, drugs / criminal acts
- Treatment received outside India or Robotic or Stem Cells surgery
- War / nuclear / chemical / biological injuries
- Diseases such as HIV / AIDS or STDs
- Diseases existing from the time of birth (Congenital diseases)
- Maternity, Fertility excluding ectopic pregnancy
- Cost of spectacles, contact lenses and hearing aids
- Dental treatment & surgery
- Treatment of mental illness
- Cosmetic, Aesthetic treatment
- Non Allopathic, Out Patient treatment
- Unproven/ Experimental treatments
- Medical Expenses relating to any hospitalisation primarily and specifically for diagnostic, X-ray or laboratory examinations and investigations
