Critical features of Future Generali Health Total Vital Insurance Plan
- Room rent:
Limits imposed towards room and ICU rent expenses
This Plans has no Sum limit on room limit
- Co-Pay:
Specific % of admissible claim amount to be borne by Insured
In case an insured enters the policy at the age given in the table, the respective co- payments will be applicable on each and every admissible claim.
- 60yrs to 64yrs: 20% Co-payment
- 65yrs to 69yrs: 25% Co-payment
- 70yrs to 74yrs: 30% Co-payment
- 75yrs & above: 40% Co-payment
- No Claim Bonus:
Health Insurance policies may offer Cumulative Bonus wherein for every claim free year, the Sum Insured is increased by a certain percentage at the time of renewal
50% of basic sum insured up to a maximum of 100 % for each unclaimed year in case opted for(The cumulative bonus is reduced by 50 % of sum insured once a claim is made)
- Pre-Existing Diseases:
Means any condition, ailment or injury or related condition(s) for which you had signs or symptoms, and / or were diagnosed, and / or received medical advice/ treatment, within 48 months prior to the first policy issued by the insurer
- This plans has a waiting period of 4 years in case of pre-existing diseases 100% of the admissible claim amount
- This plans also has a waiting period of 2 years is case of pre-existing disease but Only payable 50% of the admissible claim amount.

- Family Definition:- Vital Plan - Self + Spouse + 2 Children + 2 Parents (1+5)
- Premium Calculated on Basis of:- Age (i.e. sum Insured Chosen)

Additional Accidental Hospitalisation: Limits can be enhanced by 25% of the sum insured on date up to maximum of Rs. 1 lakh.

Floater Discount |

Pre-existing conditions, Internal Congenital, Cataracts, BPH, Hernia, DNS,Fistulae, hemorrhoids, Hysterectomy etc.
Exclusions
- External Congenital Anomaly and related Illness/ defect.
- Expenses incurred towards treatment of Illness or Injury arising out of alcohol use/misuse or abuse of alcohol, narcotic substance or drugs (whether prescribed or not).
- Non-prescribed drugs and medical supplies, hormone replacement therapy, sex change or treatment which results from or is in any way related to sex change
- Injury or Illness directly or indirectly caused by or arising from or attributable to war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, war like operations (whether war be declared or not)
- Personal comfort and convenience items or services.
- Treatment for any mental Illness,Non-allopathic treatment,treatment of obesity,intentional self-Injury
