Important Things to Remember

  • Cost of treatment in a health policy is payable both in a network or non network hospital as long as the hospital is not black listed by the insurer.
  • It is advisable to carry money for admission as some hospital require a deposit to get a patient admitted.
  • Please carry your health/cashless card or the policy copy while getting admitted in the hospital as this would smoothen the process.
  • Intimation is important to claim but in emergency situations,it can be done within 24 hours of geeting admitted.
