Cost of treatment in a health policy is payable both in a network or non network hospital as long as the hospital is not black listed by the insurer.
It is advisable to carry money for admission as some hospital require a deposit to get a patient admitted.
Please carry your health/cashless card or the policy copy while getting admitted in the hospital as this would smoothen the process.
Intimation is important to claim but in emergency situations,it can be done within 24 hours of geeting admitted.
